L-410 Turbolet Aircraft - The Let L-410 Turbolet is a twin-engine, short-range transport aircraft produced by the Czech aircraft manufacturer Let Kunovice (as Aircraft Industries in 2005) that is often used as an airliner. The development of the L-410 began in the 60s of the last century by the Czechoslovak aircraft manufacturer Let Kunovice. The Soviet airline company "Aeroflot" was looking for a replacement for the turboprop propeller of the Antonov An-2 aircraft and initiated the development of the design of the Let company. After preliminary research on an aircraft called the L-400, a new version called the L-410 Turbolet appeared. The first prototype, called KSL-410, flew on April 16, 1969.
